I have therefore the honour to recommend

that the post of Deputy Superintendent of the Money Order

Office should be placed in the 3rd. class of the scheme of

classified salaries and that from the 1st. proximo, Mr. Moosa's

salary should be raised to $1,800 rising to $2,100 by $60

biennially.
